My name is Bernie Isacovici,

I am an attorney by profession with offices located in Mundelein, IL. I practice in the areas of family law, Immigration criminal law and real estate.
My passions are running, yoga and spirituality. I have completed the Bank of America Chicago Marathon in 2011 as well as 2012 and have completed the Wisconsin Marathon. I am currently training for the ING Miami Marathon in January of 2013.
I practice Yoga regularly and it has been a blessing for me. I want to share my practice of this incredible journey with my readers.

    Thanks for following weshallhavepie!
    I have to say, that your blog is totally unique. Back in the day, I wanted to be a cop and all of the law courses I took (well that and forensics) were my favorites! I still have my 2003 criminal code, and I can NOT seem to part with it. When ever my boyfriend and I have debates over stuff with regards to law, I am like “hmm like me consult my criminal code” lol.

      Thank you for your comment. I just try to put all things that are important to me together and that is how this blog came to be. The criminal code is a good place to start, but if you are really interested in how the code is applied, I would suggest reading cases involving the code. The best cases can be found at the supreme court’s website http://www.supremecourt.gov. Thanks for your post.
